This website is operated by Keiross Lifescience Private Limited (CIN U46497GJ2026PTC173763), registered office: 304 Block-H, Merlin Sparsh, Opp. Koyli Talav, B/H Narol, Daskroi, Ahmedabad – 382405, Gujarat, India (“Keiross”, “we”, “us”).
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. For this data, Keiross is the Data Fiduciary.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through a form on this website we collect:
- your name, and your firm or organisation name;
- phone / WhatsApp number and email address;
- the type of buyer you are (for example distributor, pharmacy or hospital) and your city / state;
- the products you are interested in and any message you write.
Information collected automatically with an enquiry. The page you sent it from, the date and time, and your approximate location (city, region and country) worked out from your internet (IP) address. We do not collect your precise location.
Technical logs. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run the site securely and stop abuse.
Cookies and analytics. We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Health information. This website is for business enquiries only. Please do not send us patient details, prescriptions or other health information through it.
3. How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email;
- to share product availability, pack sizes, price lists and trade terms you asked about;
- to set up and manage a business relationship with you, such as a distributorship or supply arrangement;
- to keep records required by law, and to protect the website against spam and misuse.
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on the enquiry form, and where the law otherwise permits it. We will not use it to send you unrelated promotional messages, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who handle it on our behalf, under their own security and confidentiality terms:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and processes the enquiry form;
- Google: our enquiry records are kept in Google Sheets and we receive enquiry alerts by Gmail;
- WhatsApp notification service: may send our team a short alert about a new enquiry.
Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and the site loads fonts from Google Fonts; when these load, Google receives your IP address under its own privacy policy. Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect our legal rights.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Records we must keep by law (for example tax and invoicing records) are kept for the period the law requires.
6. How we protect it
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), enquiry records are accessible only to authorised Keiross staff, and our providers use industry-standard security. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will act promptly if a breach occurs, including informing you and the authorities where the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, where we no longer need to keep it by law;
- stop contacting you. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity. Email us at from the email address or with the phone number you used, so we can confirm it is you. We will reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children, other websites and changes
This website is meant for businesses and healthcare professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Links to other websites and apps (such as WhatsApp or Google Maps) are covered by those services' own privacy policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
